A friend showed this site to another friend who then asked her the following question:

“So is this a good site to follow if you never had to think for yourself?”

What do you say to her??

I don’t want to advertise them here but there are websites where people report the names of people with sexually transmitted diseases like hiv, herpes, etc…Problem is anyone can put anyone’s name on the site and in order to delete your name if it’s not true you must provide medical reports to the website owner that you are std-free!!

Some people think this is the right thing to do but I personally think they should ban such websites. You don’t right a wrong with a wrong. What’s your view on this sensitive matter?

Many people who join cheating sites use them anonymously to find sex partners but could end up emailing their wife or girlfriend. You never know who’s on the other side and if you send your photo first you could be caught! So when you are about to make your credit card payment to join, the website can ask you if you want to run a background check on the site and see if your girlfriend or wife is already there so that you can avoid bumping into her. If not, you set up an alert and the service will notify you if she joins in the future. Of course they will charge you a bit extra for it.

It’s like renting out e-property for a while. If a site has huge traffic and recognition it can do the following to make shit loads of money. When users type the domain name to visit the site the landing page will be similar to Google’s Chrome tabs, clicking on a tab will take you to that site. Example. You type famousSite.com to visit your favorite site. You land on a page with 2 screenshots, on the left is your normal site and on the right is the advertised site which will open in a new tab/window if you click on it.

The advertiser will pay top dollars for displaying his site’s clickable screenshot or other image on a famous site. Actually the advertiser will buy a limited number of displays, so not all users of the famous site will get to see it. Maybe the famous site can ask some of its users to opt-in for such kind of advertising once in a while.

Imagine the instant advertising impact for a new site if it appeared side by side on Google, eBay, CNN etc landing page. If a company has a couple of millions to spend on advertising why not?

A thought for people who feel sad and lonely when they eat alone. How about a new website where others will join during meal on a live broadcast. Everyone will be eating their meal and chat with each other if they like. It can work by appointment or without. People on a web cam and a laptop with an internet connection anywhere can join.

It’d be like having an online food buddy or a meal baby sitter join you over meal. It’s also great opportunity to meet new people. Bon Appetit! Buon Appetito! Itadakimasu!

Guten Appetit! Bom apetite! Priiatnogo appetita! Kale orexe and…see you over lunch tomorrow!

How about a new website or a new Facebook application where people post photos of themselves taken with different hairstyles so that others vote for the hairstyle that looks better on them? It can reduce anxiety and shorten decision time for men and women who are finicky about how their hair looks and want to have feedback before they make up their mind on a new hairstyle.

Why isn’t there a website where you can get excuses for all sorts of situations you can find yourself into? Sometimes you only have a few minutes to think of a good one to say and can’t get your friends on the phone. The excuses must be ranked according to how well they work.

How about a new website for book exchange where users from every corner of the world list the books they own. The site will allow for a search function to locate the book you are interested in and for sending an email to the owner who lives nearby to request if you can borrow it from him or her for a few days. Like on ebay, if you don’t return the book, you will be rated by the community as an untrustworthy borrower and have hard time borrowing again.

The site sends a spam email with the following content: “Thank you for signing up on our site. If your personal info was stolen and it wasn’t You who signed up then you must immediately Sign Out or Your credit card will be charged $100/month!” The un-suspicious user lands on the sign out page where he is asked to give his email address and password. Thinking he just saved himself $100/month he then presses the sign out button and he signs Up on the site where according to the terms of service that no one ever reads, the user understands that the purpose of the site is to trick people to sign up by signing out and that by clicking on the sign out button they willfully and permanently join the site with no option to ever sign out of it! :D:D:D

Don’t ask me why we need such a site. I don’t know. Some people may be too bored with their lives or there may be people who want to test how gullible they are. Or maybe the world is curious to know how many suckers don’t read what they sign up for. I just gave out the idea, you come up with the reasons for or against it or click here to sign out of it :))

If your date doesn’t show up why not meet someone whose date hasn’t shown up either? An online service where people post the time and place of their planned dates and photo. Look up to see whose date in the area hasn’t shown up either and text them to meet up. You can easily break the ice by talking about how annoying it is when your date doesn’t show up but also how fun it’s to meet someone whose date hasn’t shown up either. I’d call the service Date Awol Solutions! To encourage use of the site by everyone install internet terminals in major meeting spots around the city 🙂
